Remember here, use ration of 1:3 ( 1 represent oats that can be contain in the cup or bowl and 3 represent water that is used for preparation for the oats

Step #1: Boil 3 cup or bowl water 

Step#2: Took 1 Cup or bowl Oats purchase from the market, You can also mix green vegetables with the oats. 

Step#3: Mix oats in the boiled water and stir it well and keep it in the gas for 3 min if you are using high flame and 4 min if you are using low flame.
